I went to the National Museum of Singapore last week. For someone who is new to this country and unfamiliar with its history, the museum provided me with a pretty good crash course on The Little Red Dot. I didn't take many photos because the lighting was very dim throughout, but there are lots of items, paintings, photographs and mini-exhibits to see. There is the main history gallery, but there are also four living galleries: Film & Wayang, Photography, Food and Fashion (only the Food gallery was open. I was looking forward to the Fashion gallery). I spent an entire afternoon here with my little audio device provided by the museum (it's that green thing I'm holding in one of the photos above).
The museum seems like a popular place for weddings, too. I stealthily snapped photos of three couples getting their photos taken.
